Join us for the 2022 Ann Arbor CROP Walk! The walk is on Sunday, October 9 at 2:00p at Zion Lutheran Church (1501 W. Liberty). We walk to raise awareness of food insecurity and hunger, both locally and globally, and we walk to raise money to actually help those who are hungry, both here in Washtenaw County (some of the money raised goes directly to local hunger-related non-profits) and around the world (some of the money raised goes to Church World Service, a cooperative, interdenominational ministry that works to eradicate hunger and poverty).
Our fundraising goal this year is $1500 – and you can help raise money by joining our online team and making fundraising appeals through social media and email. Our church has been participating in this walk every year for decades, and we are often one of the largest fundraisers in Ann Arbor. Can we meet our fundraising goal this year? Can we beat it? Where will we land on the local Fundraising Leaders list online? This is a fun chance to join with each other and with others in our community to help end hunger. We hope you’ll be a part of our team!
