We asked our February overnight Rotating Shelter and daytime Warming Center guests what we could collect that would be the most helpful. Their answer: underwear. We have a goal of collecting 200 pairs of men’s and 100 of women’s by January 30th, Undie Sunday! You can drop off undies at church on Sundays or during the week (M-F, 9a-4p) or use this Amazon wish list for direct delivery. If you’d prefer to make a financial contribution, you can send a check to church (517 E. Washington) for Sue Ellen Glover with “collection” in the memo. Men’s boxers (XL-XXXL) and women’s underwear (sizes 9-13) are preferred. In addition to undies, men’s dark colored t-shirts (L-XXL), bras, travel-size toiletries, and feminine hygiene products are welcome. We will also receive adult coats and other outerwear.
